“Too many people spend money they haven't earned,
to buy things they don't want,
to impress people they don't like.”

— Will Rogers

✨ MONEY MOMENT

How does money affect your self-worth?

It’s easy to let financial wins or setbacks define how we feel about ourselves. But your value isn’t measured by your income, your debt payoff speed, or your ability to stick to a budget. You are inherently worthy, even in seasons of rebuilding.

This week, reflect on one area of your life you’d like to improve.
Is it your mindset around money?
Your daily habits?
Your communication with loved ones?

Choose one small action that can shift your outlook like journaling, setting a boundary (we don't do enough of this!), or simply pausing before a purchase.

Let this be your reminder:

You are not your bank balance.
You are not your budget.
You are a whole, valuable person worthy of joy, peace, and prosperity.

Mantra: “My self-worth is not tied to my financial status. I am inherently valuable and deserving of wealth and prosperity as I reflect on how money impacts my sense of self-worth.”

With heart and aloha,
~ Shanalei ~💖🌺

🪙Financial Fun Fact...

According to a recent study, people who track their spending even casually report feeling more in control and less stressed about money.

Awareness builds confidence, not just savings.

🧺 Budget Bites & Life Hacks

Quick Tip: Try renaming your budget categories with emotionally resonant labels. Instead of “Groceries,” try “Nourishment.” Instead of “Emergency Fund,” try “Peace of Mind.”

This small shift can make budgeting feel more aligned with your values and feel less like a chore.
